They cover all onsite eventualities, but sometimes forget the ‘surprise’ callouts in the middle of the night. This can lead to the situation of a lone member of staff - often a female - visiting the business premises in the middle of the night, often on a lonely out of town industrial estate, assuming that there is a malfunction with the alarm system. Unfortunately, alarm malfunctions are not always the case, and this is where experienced, trained professional guards can prevent a situation from escalating.
Protection of both your business and your staff is as much our priority as yours. Hyline Security can offer services ranging from Keyholding to First and Alarm Response, attending any alarms being activated on your site, and dealing with the issue whilst liaising with your Alarm Response Team all of the way. We also offer an Escort Service where our operatives will escort your designated person on an Alarm Activation. Although we levy a small charge for this service, should there be no alarms, then you incur no further charges. All keys are kept securely locked and are coded to allow immediate identification from our team.
As an additional service, should you require it, we could also assume responsibility for setting up your alarms each evening, and deactivating them each morning. As ever with Hyline Security, the choice is entirely yours, and we will design a package that meet your needs completely.
